Sherman Oaks is a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley, founded in 1927. Partly named after a partner of the Los Angeles Suburban Homes Company, Moses Hazeltine Sherman, Sherman Oaks covers the area between Encino and Studio City, and as such shares much of the same lifestyle, while having its own unique character. Sepulveda and Beverly Glen passes lead over the hill to the city, as well as beautiful Sherman Oaks homes with views of the Valley.
